Inclusive care for birth & beyond

A person with short, light hair and a black shirt sitting on a beige sofa with colorful pillows, smiling at the camera in a living room with grey curtains and green plants.

A fresh take on perinatal care

Megan is a prenatal and postpartum yoga teacher, somatic childbirth educator, and creator of Tender Nest: Somatic Childbirth Education. They offer trauma-informed, body-literate support for all birthing people—with care that’s especially attuned to queer and gender-expansive families. Megan’s work blends movement, mindfulness, and education to help you connect with your body, your choices, and your power through every stage of the perinatal journey.

After years of avoiding yoga because I rarely felt like I fit in, their work has been a gift in my life!
